With 10 Years Establishment and Development, Cozy Tea - a brand of  Ecology Corporation JSC, has built a solid foundation of products, technologies and management processes. The name “Cozy”  began to be known. However, this brand still lacks of the breakthrough to assert their position on the market, PPR Vietnam solve this problem for this Brand.
 
 
How to make the people  love and choose Cozy?
 
"How make the people love and choose Cozy?" was the goal that PPR Vietnam with Cozy aim at. The consumer knowing about  Cozy is not enough. How to be change their consuming behavior to choose the product, that's an important thing. It’s time to decided to dominate opportunity and market of a FMCG business. In addition, short-term goal that Cozy aims at this stage is to promote sales on the occasion of Tet.
 
After analyzing the situation, Vietnam PPR proposed online marketing campaign, targeting the fast media channels, efficiently and widely spreaded, targeting the group of young people, officer and housewives. Using tools such as: Facebook Fanpage, Google Search ads and Google display ads network (GDN) associated with website together make effort  in this campaign.
 
In this campaign,  the highlight key of the brand such as:  pure Vietnamese brand, suitable for Vietnamese consumer’s taste; strictly accredited and managed  from raw material to finished product; safe and healthy ... All of this is fully exploited in this campaign.

 
 
Starting from the beginning of 12/2013, so far, positive informations about values of Cozy, new product lines, the special incentive programs of Cozy quickly spread on online channels. This information is conveyed at the same time as the construction of community on Facebook. From that point, PPR makes consumer’s understanding & trust Cozy. Through social networking tools, Cozy has shared useful informations about tea to millions of Facebook user and spreaded Vietnamese tea values. As the contest "Vui tet Sum vay" is deployed on Facebook Fanpage, Cozy also attach branded name with the image of dear Tet union, which is familiar with the Vietnamese. By that, the brand Cozy was take customers’heart effortlessly.
 
Taking care of online channels is an effective solution
 
To best prepare for the appearance of Cozy, PPR Vietnam also proposed to design and build the website according to modern, youthful and more friendly to the user. Website is like a home of business on the Internet. Taking good care of website is extremely important in creating goodwill and good first impression when the public learn about the business. With a design team capable of appraisal well in terms of image and rich creative ideas, PPR has supported Cozy Vietnam to build a new friendly and classy house, bearing the brand identity, easy to create goodwill with customers during the first exposure. In order to inspire young people to live to the fullest with endless inspiration and create a healthy playground, at 19h  on 10/05/2014, PPR Vietnam held an event named "Green Night out with Cozy. Party night attracts many famous artists, who loved by young people such as: Justa Tee, Big dady and many top artists, DJs ...
